A legendary name returns to the packaging industry on February 1, 2026. As an independent Syntegon subsidiary, Hesser Packaging GmbH will take over responsibility for the package maker business at the Waiblingen site.
The name "Hesser" stands for nothing less than the cradle of the modern packaging industry. What began in 1861 as "Geiger & Hesser", founded by Friedrich Hesser and Otto Geiger, developed over the decades into a synonym for pioneering spirit and engineering skill.
Later as part of Bosch Packaging Technology and today under the umbrella of Syntegon, we are now continuing this historical legacy 165 years after its beginnings.
Focus on dry food. With immediate effect, Hesser Packaging GmbH is responsible for new machines, service and valves in the field of primary packaging for dry foods.
Our expertise focuses in particular on products such as coffee, flour and sugar.
Our technological portfolio includes our proven solutions:
- PME, PMX, PKD, PKS, HPLD, FVS and KWE.
The best of both worlds: With the new foundation, we combine tradition with modern agility. Hesser benefits from the global resources and comprehensive expertise of the Syntegon Group.
