Since February 2026 we operate as Hesser Packaging, an independent brand within the Syntegon Group. The experience is old. The name is new.

MACHINES

Built to run precisely, and to keep running.

The machine is about 3% of your cost per bag — and it sets roughly 75% of everything else.

Cost per bag
Dosing accuracy and reject rate are the two largest items in the calculation — 1.3 and 1.5 euro cents per bag.
Recyclability
New machines run mono-material structures at production speed. No laminate needed to hold the format.
AROMA PROTECTION

Where aroma protection and recyclability meet.

The degassing valve used to be the part that kept the pack out of the recycling stream.

Cost per bag
Applied ultrasonically from the inside, up to 100 valves per minute. The recyclable option costs no output.
Recyclability
Inside valve VIS 10 F PO — APR Design® for Recyclability, Recognized. The membrane is not bonded to the valve body, and there are no thermoplastic elastomers in it.

SERVICE

Twenty years in service is not the end of a machine's life.

The mechanics are sound, your crew knows it, and it is already paid for. What has changed is the material it has to run.

Cost per bag
A machine your people know keeps producing while a new one is still being learned. Uptime comes from spare parts and service, not from age.
Recyclability
A retrofit can make the machine you already own mono-material ready. Whether yours qualifies is something we look at case by case.
HOW WE PROVE IT

Bring the material you're evaluating. We'll test how it runs.

Material decisions are expensive to reverse. In our PackLab we test how new packaging materials — mono-materials included — behave on packaging machines, before they go into production. The point is not a certificate. It's knowing whether the material you're about to commit to will hold your output.
